This workshop explores the impact of Imposter Syndrome, particularly for People of Color who navigate spaces where they may not see others who look like them. Participants will learn to recognize the signs of Imposter Syndrome, address self-doubt, and build confidence in acknowledging their abilities and accomplishments.

Kelvin Peprah, LMHC is an EMDR-trained therapist, consultant, and public speaker who is committed to guiding people of color towards a healthy mental and emotional wellbeing. Kelvin has eight years of experience working with organizations, individuals, and groups in exploring mental health topics, particularly to people of color. Kelvin is the founder of Peprah Counseling and Peprah Consulting, LLC.
